This month, Commit to Fit and get at least 30 -60 minutes of daily exercise.  This can be walking briskly, running, weight training, kayaking, biking…almost anything that you enjoy doing that gets you out of your chair, moving your body, and elevating your heart rate!   Start with one simple change each day, like adding a walk during lunch, or a bike ride after work.   Add to this each week, by changing the workout, or upping the miles.   In no time, this will become part of your routine and the one simple change will have helped change your health!
